We'll race through an overview of the flavours commonly found in different varieties of tea, then spend the bulk of the workshop on the theory of flavour matching. Discover what flavour actually is and how to create beautiful tea and food pairings.
Finally, we will consolidate the theory with a number of tastings and flavour demos.
