At this unique event, you will be treated to a sit-down six course tea and dessert degustation.
The tea selection has been curated to showcase the distinct styles of eight tea producing countries - Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea, Nepal, India, China, Japan and Sri Lanka. The paired food menu features a cheese course, three plated desserts, a palate cleanser and a selection of petit fours.
Each tea and matched dessert will be introduced, including the tea origin story, brew method and food pairing notes. Not all teas will be served hot, some will be chilled or at room temperature to enhance particular aromas and flavours.
